Pretty Nostalgic Magazine. I've just discovered this after ordering a free back copy (how very generous of them!) and I have to say ... everything about it is just LOVELY. It's an independent magazine, filled with all things vintage, crafty, foraging, upcycling, natural recipes, craft fairs, vintage fashion, home decor and really interesting stories. In short, it's Jodie Podes heaven!
I don't know about you but I get so fed up with glossy mags filled with advertising, so when I came across this it was a breath of fresh air.
Before I read it I noticed the £8 price tag on the back and I thought it seemed a bit pricy for a mag, but on reading it I'd agree it's worth it. It's beautifully made, with thick sustainably sourced paper and vegetable ink and it's content is excellent. It resembles more of a book than a magazine. I will definitely be keeping past issues when the hubster treats me to a subscription ...? ahem?!
If you want to try-before-you-buy you can order a FREE back copy from their website.
Or buy your copy direct online HERE
(Psst - if you subscribe it's a bit cheaper! ... Hubby??)
